CANDLE AND ALTAR SHIPPING NOTICE

As spring + summer approaches, the heat is turning up. Candles obviously melt with heat. We’ll be adding insulating packaging (which explains the $2 upcharge for handling) however it might not be enough depending on where you live. We suggest checking out with a faster shipping rate and sticking to UPS as their trucks are usually cooled which helps prevent melting. We also suggest turning on notifications for your tracking numbers so you’ll be notified when your package arrives and avoid leaving it out in the sun.

All orders under $100 that are shipped with USPS or UPS have insurance automatically added. You’re more than welcome to file a claim with them if your order arrives damaged. We are not responsible for the altar or candle once it leaves our house so if your order is higher, we suggest adding extra insurance so you don’t have the possibility of losing money.

We cannot offer replacements due to our candles being limited releases. (basically, we don’t have backups)

WHEN WILL THIS ITEM BE BACK IN STOCK?

We try and restock every Sunday! If you’d like to know about a specific item’s availability, send us a message and we can tell you.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?

As some of our warehouses start processing orders immediately after they are placed, we may not be able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

If your order hasn’t already been processed and on its way to you, send your request by sending us a message on our contact page.

HOW DO I RECEIVE UPDATES ON MY ORDER STATUS?

→ Log into your account & check under “my orders”

→ Send us a message!

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. All orders within the USA are sent via USPS Priority and take 3-5 business days to arrive.

All orders outside of the USA are shipped via our International Courier and take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All of our items have different processing times. You can check these by looking at the item’s description & you’ll also be reminded at check out when choosing your form of mailing.

Some items such as crystals and single items are  5-7 business day processing time. Our larger items and custom kits can take anywhere from 7-14 business days.

We also keep orders for a minimum of one night to cleanse and charge them under the moonlight. Please keep this in consideration when ordering from us as we will not be able to refund/cancel any orders after 3 days of your initial purchase date.

I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Moon Street Kits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

While preparing every order, we take every step to make sure your package is sent with love and delivered safely to you. 

Although it is rare, if you believe your package was lost or stolen, we suggest confronting your local postal service or neighbors with your tracking number. USPS responds to emails quite quickly and should be able to resolve this for you.

If the package was returned to sender due to wrong address or buyer error, the buyer will have to pay to ship the item again.

CAN I MAKE RETURNS?

Since our products are all made to order, Moon Street does not accept returns unless the item was badly damaged by us during packaging. In this case, please send pictures and include the order number to support@moonstreetkits.com

MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM!

We’re human. In the event that a mistake does happen, please email us at support@moonstreetkits.com and we will mail you a another one.

CAN WE DM YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

PLEASE BEWARE IMPERSONATORS. We will never message you on social media asking for personal information or money unless it is about a giveaway.


Our DM's are closed on all social media platforms. You will receive a standard auto reply. Please understand, it's not that we don't want to talk to you. We receive a high volume of dm's, and it's very difficult to keep up with and keep track of. There’s no way to file or sort them. email works best. The bulk of any potential business-related inquiries are addressed on our website. On socials, we've also condensed much of it into highlights and added shortcuts in our bio links. SOLICITATION

While we are incredibly pro-small business at Moon Street, our online spaces, and the comments sections on our socials are not a place to promote your products or services without our consent. This puts our brand equity at risk. We may issue a warning, but if it's a repeating issue, you will be removed.
