Custom Altars

So this is going to be my first ever custom altar listing. Here's how it'll work:

you choose ONE crystal or crystal combo. This will be your main crystals. I'll add other crystals based on size, intention and space left over.

The size will determine the base of your altar and how big or small the altar background will be and how expensive.

The metal color determines what extra charms I'll add.

Moss or no moss is pretty self explanatory. No moss is easier to clean, yes moss just looks cuter in my opinion.

The functionality tells me what kind of candle holders, incense and tarot holders you'd like. Small altars can only hold two candle holders and a tarot holder. Medium altars don't fit tarot card holders. large altars give you the most space to work with so choose whatever you want.

Intentions will tell me what other crystals and elements i should include.

PLEASE be mindful of the size when choosing your options. The pictures give you a feel for what each size can and can't hold.

These altars take 4-6 weeks to make. This includes designing the altar, sourcing materials, assembling the altar and giving you a little "wtf is in this shit" card. This time does NOT include shipping speeds.

PLEASEEE be mindful of your emails. I may need to email you for any number of reasons and if you don't reply, i'll have to put your altar to the side until you've responded making the processing times longer.

There will be no refunds on this listing. To cancel an order, message us within 24 hours from the time you place the order. Ater that, we offer a 75% refund after 48 hours and a 25% refund after 72 hours. Anything after that won't be refunded. If you file a dispute to get around this, you'll be banned from ordering from my shop. (sorry y'all that's happened before)

For special requests, email us at support@moonstreetkits.com and include your order number. If you don't include the order number, responses will be delayed.

I will send a picture after i've assembled the altar but before i've poured the resin so you can approve. By approve i mean you're more that welcome to make minor changes such as placement or additional items. Additional items may be subject to an extra fee.
