H O W  D O  I  M A K E  C H A N G E S  T O  A N  O R D E R  I ’ V E  A L R E A D Y  P L A C E D ?

As some of our warehouses start processing orders immediately after they are placed, we may not be able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

If your order hasn’t already been processed and on its way to you, send your request by sending us a message on our contact page.

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. All orders within the USA are sent via USPS Priority and take 3-5 business days to arrive.

All orders outside of the USA are shipped via our International Courier and take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Once your order arrives in your country, it will be handed to your local postal service and you will be able to track your order in more detail with them.

H O W  L O N G  W I L L  I T  T A K E  T O  R E C E I V E  M Y  O R D E R ?

All of our items have different processing times. You can check these by looking at the item’s description & you’ll also be reminded at check out when choosing your form of mailing.

Some items such as crystals and single items are  5-7 business day processing time. Our larger items and custom kits can take anywhere from 7-14 business days.

We also keep orders for a minimum of one night to cleanse and charge them under the moonlight. Please keep this in consideration when ordering from us as we will not be able to refund/cancel any orders after 3 days of your initial purchase date.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOM + DUTIES?

Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Moon Street Kits is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST IN THE MAIL - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Moon Street Kits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

While preparing every order, we take every step to make sure your package is sent with love and delivered safely to you. 

Although it is rare, if you believe your package was lost or stolen, we suggest confronting your local postal service or neighbors with your tracking number. USPS responds to emails quite quickly and should be able to resolve this for you.

If the package was returned to sender due to wrong address or buyer error, the buyer will have to pay to ship the item again.
