CANDLE SHIPPING NOTICE

First, we'd like to take a moment to suggest adding extra insurance. usps + ups aren't known for their careful handling of our products. Although we do pack them very well, breakage might happen. If this occurs, you'll need to file a claim with your shipping carrier directly as we are not responsible for the package after it leaves us. If your address is not reachable by UPS, they'll transfer to USPS. When this happens, if you choose a ground saver option, you'll be forfeiting your insurance. Please check out with UPS ground, not ground saver, to avoid any future delays if and when you need place a claim. We are not responsible for broken candles due to the mail carrier's mishandling of the package.

As spring + summer approaches, the heat is turning up. Candles obviously melt with heat. We’ll be adding insulating packaging (which explains the $2 upcharge for handling) however it might not be enough depending on where you live. We suggest checking out with a faster shipping rate and sticking to UPS as their trucks are usually cooled which helps prevent melting. We also suggest turning on notifications for your tracking numbers so you’ll be notified when your package arrives and avoid leaving it out in the sun.

All orders under $100 that are shipped with USPS or UPS have insurance automatically added. You’re more than welcome to file a claim with them if your order arrives damaged. We are not responsible for the candle once it leaves our house so if your order is higher, we suggest adding extra insurance so you don’t have the possibility of losing money.

We cannot offer replacements due to our candles being limited releases. (basically, we don’t have backups)

Full refunds are issued to customers who cancel their order within 3 business days of their initial purchase. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase (and your item has not been shipped) you're eligible for an 85% refund plus a full refund on your shipping costs.

HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK ?

Custom orders for trays and home décor are done on a case by case basis. You can email us at support@moonstreetkits.com. For our custom kits that are seen on tiktok, you can head over to our “Custom Spell Kits” listing and there, you’ll select the size youd like (from small to extraest large) & that will decide how many items will be included in the kit. From there, you’ll fill out the personalization box with either a list of intentions or you can write us a story about whats going on in your life and we can figure out the intention from there. If you’d like a tray included in our order, you’ll need to specify this & note that a tray will be counted as 5 items.

For example, if you choose the large box, that originally comes with 6-8 items. If you choose to request a tray, the large box would have the one tray plus 1-3 additional items. Its best to request this when getting the large-extraest large kits.

support@moonstreetkits.com & Etsy. Please understand, it's not that we don't want to talk to you. We receive a high volume of dm's, and it's very difficult to keep up with and keep track of. There’s no way to file or sort them. email works best. The bulk of any potential business-related inquiries are addressed on our website. Yes! You can read our reviews on www.etsy.com/shop/moonstreetkits. We are also super active on Tiktok & Pinterest! We strive to provide unique, one of a kind products for each of our guests and take pride in the quality of our supplies.

Can I get my order delivered tomorrow?

We do not regularly offer overnight delivery, however, it may be available on a case by case basis. Our items are not available for overnight.Contact us as early as possible to see if it can be done for what you want to order.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is only charged for orders delivered within the state of Florida, USA.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide except for parts of Africa, India, and Korea. Unfortunately, we have had a high amount of lost shipments going to these countries and until delivery is more reliable, we do not want to waste your money or ours trying to deliver to them. If you are located in these countries and want to risk delivery, you can set up an account with a freight forwarding service and provide us a US address to ship to. Please note that once delivered to this US address, we are not responsible for delivery to your country and any lost items will have to be filed with the freight forwarding service.
